When you register or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, CNIC or identity reference, institution, team details, selected game, payment proof image, and messages you submit through the website.
How We Use Information
We use this information to process registrations, verify payments, generate tickets, manage QR-based event entry, contact participants, respond to messages, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and operate the tournament safely.
Payment Proofs And Uploads
Uploaded files are used only for registration and payment verification. The website accepts image files only. Payment proof files are protected behind the admin login and are visible only to authorized staff with payment-detail permissions.
Contact And Notifications
Registration emails may be sent through the official event mail server. Registration and contact records are stored for admin review, and the event team may follow up manually through the contact details you provide.
Camera Access
The QR scanner asks for camera permission only inside the admin QR scanner page. Camera access is used locally by the browser to scan ticket QR codes and is not used on public visitor pages.
Sharing
We do not sell participant data. Information may be shared only with authorized event staff, payment verification staff, hosting/email providers needed to run the website, or legal authorities if required by law.
Data Security
Admin access is protected by login sessions, CSRF checks, role permissions, and hashed staff passwords. Please use strong admin passwords and keep hosting, Cloudflare, email, and cPanel credentials private.
Your Choices
You may contact the event team to request correction or deletion of your registration data where operational and legal requirements allow.
